our meter change out and AMR installation project since October 2005. We have
communicated well with the Matchpoint management regarding project planning
and status. Matchpoint has been very responsive to Spartanburg Water System,
while demonstrating an ongoing concern for quality work. They have
provided a steady and stable workforce for this project. The Spartanburg
Water System field coordinator has observed continuing effort
by Matchpoint to complete change outs without causing service

Meters installed by United Utilities. United Utilities has been with the
project from the start. They have assisted with installing the meters,
inventory, and any problems that have occurred. It is my opinion that United
Utilities is a well managed, customer friendly company. The salesmen and management
are some of the best in the business. I cannot think of anything they said they
would do, that they did not do. They consistently followed through with
everything they promised and more. This is not a letter of praise for United
Utilities but an honest opinion and assessment of the work they did for the
